What You’ll Do

Astrape Networks is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager (BDM) for the US market, responsible for driving business expansion, securing key partnerships and increasing market presence. This role is critical to establishing Astrape’s footprint in the US, working with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, data center operators and technology partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center networking, AI infrastructure, HPC, or cloud computing, with experience in scaling deep-tech startups or scale-ups. This is a high-impact role, requiring both technical knowledge and business acumen to drive strategic partnerships, sales and go-to-market execution in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand Astrape Networks’ presence in the US market, building key relationships across the AI, cloud and data center ecosystem.

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, securing partnerships with hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise AI infrastructure players.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with technical and marketing teams to position Astrape’s solutions effectively.

  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, leading contract discussions and business engagements.

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes, providing strategic insights to the leadership team.

  • Represent Astrape Networks at industry events, trade shows and networking engagements, establishing the company as a key player in next-generation data center networking.

Who You are

You are a seasoned business development leader with a strong background in scaling deep-tech startups or scale-ups. You have a technical and commercial mindset, allowing you to seamlessly navigate between market strategy, execution and partnership building. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have a proven ability to expand business in the AI, networking and cloud infrastructure space.

As the lead BDM for the US, you are a self-starter who takes ownership of business expansion efforts, building Astrape’s market presence, driving high-value partnerships and positioning the company as a leader in next-generation networking solutions.
