What You’ll Do
As Product Manager, you will be at the core of driving product development and execution in a rapidly scaling deep-tech startup. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, leadership and customers, ensuring that our breakthrough networking solutions align with both market demands and company goals.

This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution and the ability to thrive in an agile, high-growth environment. You will need to balance long-term vision with practical, iterative development, leading teams through complex technology roadmaps, product iterations and scaling challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Execution & Delivery – Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases.

Be the Glue Between Tech & Business – Work closely with engineering, R&D, leadership and external stakeholders to align goals and execution.

Customer & Market Validation – Engage with customers, partners and industry leaders to refine the product and accelerate adoption.

Manage Risk & Resources – Anticipate technical and operational challenges, proactively identifying solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.
Who You are
You are a strategic and hands-on product leader with a deep understanding of networking, photonics, or AI-driven infrastructure. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing technical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation. With 7+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or technology leadership, you excel at aligning cross-functional teams, managing complex product roadmaps and delivering cutting-edge solutions to market.
You are comfortable working across international teams, collaborating with experts in engineering, R&D and business development to shape the next generation of high-performance, energy-efficient networking solutions. Your ability to adapt, problem-solve and lead execution makes you a key player in scaling deep-tech innovations.
